As Pawan Kalyan’s deadline to State Government has concluded today, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has responded to Pawan Kalyan and JFC that demanded to release a ‘White Paper’ on the expenditure of the State Government, Chandrababu told his party leaders in various districts via teleconference, “All the details of the expenditure of AP State Government have been provided in our Website. There is no need to hide anything. Our government is a very transparent government. There is no wrong in what Pawan asked. But there is no need for releasing a White Paper as all details are given in the Website.”
Talking about Pawan’s JFC, Chandrababu told his leaders, “There is nothing wrong in Pawan’s JFC. His intention is for the betterment of the State. Our intention is also to do good for the State. Pawan’s intention and my intention is same. Regarding the White Paper, the BJP should release a White Paper on how much funds it released to AP State Government so far.”
Chandrababu explained to fellow TDP leaders that Pawan is functioning in his “own way” and TDP need not “worry” about it.
Naidu has asked all the leaders to explain to people that there is “no difference” between “Special Category Status” and “Special Financial Package”. He asked the leaders to take the issue – how much Centre has released to AP – into public. Naidu has extended his support to Pawan and JFC. This is an interesting political development.
