Vijay Anthony was a sensation when his Bichagadu minted money at the Box Office. However, poor planning, choice of scripts, bad releases have now closed his market. His recent release Kaasi is declared as the biggest disaster as the film even failed to get any openings.
New producer was trapped in Vijay Anthony’s net as he had invested nearly 1.7 Crore on the film and the film turned out to be a pure wash out. Trade says that the Telugu version couldn’t even earn the Cube costs and publicity costs. Lack of promotion, bad release date have added to the woes of Kasi.
While Yaman failed to meet expectations, Indrasena also turned out to be dud incurring huge loss to producer-distributor Krishna Reddy. Now Kasi too became a debacle, it is buzzed that Vijay may not find any takers for his films in Telugu in near future.
