“Shades Of Saaho” has created a terrific impact on audiences and that’s where trade circles are worrying now. With the kind of hype that engulfed this Prabhas starrer, one wonders if the hunk hero will trouble everyone in Summer.
At a time when “Baahubali” is hitting cinemas, even Mahesh Babu has postponed the release of “Srimanthudu” to make sure that one film will not eat into the revenues of others. And that paid off. But the biggest problem back then was, the makers of Baahubali shifted their dates multiple times, leaving small films in a distress.
There are some films that promoted extensively for two weeks by spending around 30-50 lakhs and then backed off from release as “Baahubali” makers announced a date. Later Baahubai got postponed, leaving small filmmakers with losses, both monetarily (promotion money) and date-wise.
Cut to Saaho, we’re hearing that this film will not trouble anyone until mid-2019. With 60% of the film wrapped, the movie needs more than 5-7 months to complete the rest. That leaves Summer completely ‘Saaho Free’ and all others could come as per their convenience
