The news of Priyanka Chopra’s brother Siddharth’s wedding with Ishita Kumar was grabbing headlines since last few days.
The wedding was set to happen sometimes during the end of the April. However, due to some unknown reasons, the date passed on and everyone was left wondering why the marriage didn’t took place.
Certain media houses said that the family is looking for a new muhurat for the marriage while some reported about the bride’s unavoidable surgery as the reason behind the delayed wedding, Ishita too had shared a few pictures from the hospital that indicated a surgery.
Priyanka was also present in Mumbai, probably to attend her brother’s wedding however, the actress went back to the US leaving everyone surprised.
According to a news report, the marriage was been mutually called off however there was no confirmation on the same.
Now, Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra confirmed the news to a media house and said that both the families have mutually agreed upon the decision and this marriage is not happening anymore.
Moreover, she remained tight-lipped when asked about the reason for this sudden decision.
Moreover, Ishita has unfollowed Siddharth on instagram and had also deleted all the photographs of roka ceremony from all her social media handles.
For those who came in now, this is not for the first time that such thing has happened to Siddharth as in 2014, his wedding with his then girlfriend was called off, for unknown reasons.
