These days, Bollywood heroines are focussing on South films as more big-budget films are being made down here. Shraddha Kapoor is debuting with Saaho and Alia Bhatt with Rajamouli’s RRR. Now, another B-Town actress Anushka Sharma is planning to enter the South film industry.
If the current rumors are anything to go by, Anushka will be remaking her film Pari in Tamil and Telugu soon. Pari was a horror flick, which was released last year. It was a commercial as well as critical failure in Bollywood. We don’t know why still Anushka wants to make it in the South.
She will be producing and acting in the film, just like the way she did for the original version. More datils about the cast and crew will be revealed soon. The idea of Anushka to enter the south industry is good, but venturing with this movie is not really a good idea, says the industry sources.
