AP YS Jagan wore the khakee apron at ‘YSR Vahana Mitra’ scheme launch held in Eluru. Then addressing that gathering Jagan said, “Nenu Choosanu, Nenu Vinnanu… Nenu Vunnanu. During my padayatra in May 2018, I promised to be a like brother and happy that I’m standing on my words.”
“In this Eluru itself, I gave a word and that is why I wanted to start this scheme here. In just four months, I’m able to implement it,” added YS Jagan. The AP CM further said, this scheme doesn’t see your caste, religion, region and party. If you are eligible, the money will get credited.
The YSR Vahana Mitra scheme provides financial assistance to auto and cab drivers who have their own vehicles. A sum of Rs 10,000 will be credited in the auto and cab drivers bank accounts directly and for a period of five years, the amount stands at Rs 50,000 each. A total of 1,73,531 beneficiaries will fall under this category.
