Tollywood’s Megastar and also the father of another superstar, Konidela Chiranjeevi, who has paved way for a dozen of heroes from his family to sustain in Tollywood, is now moving into a new mega palace this weekend. As they gear up for a house warming party this Saturday evening, here are some exclusive details of the house.
Ever since relocation to Hyderabad from Chennai, Megastar Chiranjeevi is known for living at his palatial residence in Jubilee Hills, nearly for the last 15 years. But after his son Ram Charan got married to Upasana Kamineni, they felt that this house is not sufficient for them to live. Also, Chiru is upset with the Vaastu of the house as he lost big time in politics and gave up 10 years of golden career for it.
Later Upasana revealed that they are constructing a new house, a palatial residence that could take our eyes for an unbelievable and unimaginable ride. We hear that the 25,000 Sq Ft house got completed as Mumbai based architects Tahiliani Homes designed it exquisitely like a palace with a touch of Indian heritage and modernness.
Especially the house has one room with chess-board like checkered flooring, another hall with jade decorated walls and ceilings, a mandir at the basement which is built with stones like a 2nd-century temple, and Hyderabadi Nizami motifs in other places. Ram Charan, his mom Surekha and wife Upasana are said to be the ones who got this palatial residence located near MCHRD Institute in Jubilee Hills designed to their taste.
