Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh State, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had been implementing many schemes in the State since the time he had become the CM.
But the criticism never ceases irrespective of any tangible outcome to judge the initiatives. Latest is, State’s Ex-Chief Secretary IYR opined that it is too much of a build up on Jagan’s part to announce pension door delivery scheme.
IYR Krishna Rao, who is now in BJP did not appreciate the initiative. He had taken his comments to Twitter and received mixed reactions from the Netizens.
He was critical that YSRCP wants to show the people as if it is them who is giving the Pensions from their own pocket by doing this gesture. He feels that this is just a branding game.
He added that when technology like Paytm, where is the need for door delivery? On the other hand, he also appreciated it that this door delivery of pension will be very useful for the old and the sick.
This scheme started last month where 1st of every month the pension amount will be directly handed over to the beneficiary. This is done by the Volunteers.
