Calling it sad, Naga Suseela blasted that many celebs who hailed her father as a great being in front of her are nowhere seen when he got Padma Vibhushan. She went on lacerating that film industry neglected ANR when he is alive and now rolling out tears post his demise.
What made Naga Suseela burst it out that way? Some say that only a couple of big celebs are felicitated when they got a big civilian award and ANR was neglected. Maybe this gross injustice has forced her to talk that way. Few feel that the presence of few ‘critics’ of Akkineni who turned up at cremation and prayer-meeting site are the cause for Naga Suseela’s burst out. She might have felt that all these people who didn’t bury their hatchet with ANR when he is alive, are nowhere fit to hail him now.
On the flip side, Naga Suseela’s comments are turned down because ANR hosted a ‘Padma Vibhushan’ party at that time but never said that film industry ignored him. As he generally reveals everything to media without any mincing of words, they wonder why ANR never revealed that but Naga Suseela is blasting people now.
