Once you are a mid range heroine, your effort is to rise to the top and be a star heroine. Rashmika grabbed a chance when she was offered a Mahesh Babu film and she did not mind that the role given to her was a woman with a low IQ. She feigned ignorance when the media mentioned it to her.
Now that she is signing big films with stars, she might get good money but she will not be able to do roles that she did in Gita Govindam or Chalo or Dear Comrade. Even in Bheeshma her role is marginal. Now she is in a place where she cannot work in films like 18 pages where the girl has a meaty character. She can’t work with a hero like Nikhil as it will jeopardize her career, she has to maintain it and work with big heroes.
