With the film ‘Badri’ Renu Desai made her debut in Telugu and this film also made her close to Pawan Kalyan. Of course, they got married and divorces too which is a different story. On April 20th, Badri has completed 20 years of its theatrical release. Marking this, Renu got nostalgic.
Sharing behind the scenes pictures, Renu Desai said ‘Badri’ is a special movie. The pictures had Renu and Pawan sitting on the branches of tree as they are tired after shooting for the song ‘Ye Chikita’ and ‘Varamanti.’
The songs of ‘Badri’ were shot in Cape Town, South Africa and in a picture where it is hill top, Pawan was seen sitting on a rock while Renu is standing and was unable to sit because of the short dress she wore them.
‘Badri’ also marked the debut of Bollywood beauty Ameesha Patel and it was Puri Jagannadh’s directorial debut.
