Here’s First Film To Go For Shooting In Covid-19 Lockdown

It looks like popular streaming giant Netflix has shown everyone a way that they could go for shootings even during the Covid-19 pandemic enforced lockdowns. If the countries affected by Covid-19 are strict with testing and other policies, then maybe giants like Netflix could get back to work. Here’s the story.

Apparently for the popular of just 4 lakhs people that Iceland is having, testing for Covid-19 is the pretty easiest thing to do. While the country has 1760+ cases and 10 deaths registered, they are now confident that there is no other new positive case in the country. Though there is a lockdown in place, the government now allows up to 20 people to gather at a place with safety precautions taken.

Following these precautions, the crew of Netflix upcoming 8-part supernatural sci-fi thriller drama series “Katla” has resumed their project’s shooting in the village of Vik, Iceland. As there are chances that the government might lift more sanctions by May 4 in Iceland, the production team is planning to bring more foreign crew, say sources.

Well, if the same model is implemented in India, maybe small budgeted movies with limited crew members could go for a shoot easily.
