The lockdown period and the uncertainty of the movie business has affected lots of new projects. Prabhas and Nag Ashwin’s movie which was announced with much fanfare has also been slightly affected.
The film will take place but not this year. Nag Ashwin hoped to commence the shooting from October or November this year but Prabhas reportedly asked the director to plan the production early next year.
The sci-fi thriller is said to be the first of its kind movie in Tollywood’s history. Prabhas is quite excited to commence this project he’s still stuck with his 20th movie that is being directed by Radha Krishna Kumar.
Releasing this period drama that also stars Pooja Hegde as early as possible has become his main priority. The shooting schedules have gone haywire due to lockdown.
With the reports that the government may permit shootings from June end or July, Prabhas will focus on completing Radha Krishna Kumar’s movie that is tentatively titled ‘Jaan’.
Nag Ashwin’s project which is to be produced by Vyjayanthi Movies will commence shooting in January or February 2021.
