We all know about Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s history with Chandrababu Naidu. Jagan was sent to jail and many believe that Babu was behind everything even though Jagan was arrested with all the required proofs. After Jagan became Chief Minster, he severely criticized Naidu and often blamed him for the pathetic situation of the state.
Chandra Babu might have flopped in administration for the past 5 years but coming to the encouragement of the technological aspects and in attracting foreign investors, he stands tall than any other CM in the country. There is no exaggeration to say that Naidu is behind the formation of Hi-Tech city in Hyderabad and he was the main reason for the establishment of industrial hubs in twin cities.
In 2014, the Modi government has introduced ‘Ease of Doing Business’ ranks for all the states based on their performances, and in 2015, AP stood in 2nd place whereas in 2016 & 2017 this Telugu speaking state topped the list. Now, Jagan Mohan Reddy who failed terribly in attracting investors to the state said that he didn’t understand these rankings at all.
Jagan even alleged that no incentives were given to the states from 2014 to 2019 and he made these comments in front of the investors. This reflected a negative impact on the AP CM and the experts opine that the effect of these statements would result in the crisis for investors in the coming future.
