Meher Ramesh who is in a very lean phase of his career has bagged the golden opportunity to direct megastar Chiranjeevi in his next project. This project will be the Telugu remake of Vedhalam which had Ajith Kumar in the lead role.
Interestingly, Meher Ramesh is getting things done at a surprisingly quick pace for this project.
Very recently, Mani Sharma’s son, Mahati Swara Sagar was roped in as the music director and apparently he has already finalized a tune.
Now, Abbu and Ariv, who composed the action sequences for KGF have come on board for Chiranjeevi-Meher Ramesh Project. Meher has the knack of infusing stylish action blocks in his films and he is doing the same with Vedhalam remake. This time, he will have two extremely talented individuals by his side in Annu and Ariv.
The cinematographer will also be locked very soon, say sources. Meher Ramesh wants to wrap up the project at a brisk pace once Chiranjeevi completes Acharya shoot.
A couple of days ago, Chiranjeevi had revealed that he plans to act in not less than 3 films per year.
