YSR Congress Party firebrand leader, Nagari MLA RK Roja is well known for her valiant attacks on the TDP Chief Chandra Babu Naidu. She has been one of the most trusted leaders of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and for the past few days, some rumors emerged that this popular cine personality has been disappointed with the YCP high command.
Many reports came that Roja is deeply hurt for not having a ministry despite her determination towards the YCP. It is known that RK Roja rested all his hopes on ministers after Jagan won the 2019 elections but she was compromised with some formal position. Now, even in the new cabinet rearrangement, it was rumored that Roja was intentionally neglected for the ministerial, and that made way for so many reports about Roja’s disappointment.
However, Roja said that she is feeling like a CM in Andhra Pradesh under Jagan’s leadership and said that her only wish that Jagan become the Chief Minister. On giving ministerial berth to Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, Roja said that she never felt bad about it. She said that Rama Chandra Reddy was like her family and reminded that minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy and her father were good friends.
Now, Roja’s explanation seems much satisfactory for the YSRCP cadre but not for the people as it seems. The talk in the political circles is that Roja was sulking for not giving the ministerial berth despite being loyal to YS Jagan over the years and her behavior arose speculations among the media circles.
After all, in an unusual way, she was very silent all these days after hearing so many rumors. She hasn’t responded until the rumors reached the high command. That’s not at all her attitude. Previously when she was rumored for so many things, this firebrand leader immediately gave the allegers fitting replies. Roja’s supporters feel that her comments may be heartful but this is not the time she intended to make those comments.
