Young and promising director Sagar K Chandra will be at the helm for the Telugu remake of Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum. He bagged the big opportunity of directing Pawan Kalyan in his third film and is raring to deliver big time.
When asked about the project, Sagar Chandra made a few interesting comments.
“I am a big fan of Pawan Kalyan. We are designing Pawan sir’s character with great care and it is shaping up very well. His fans will certainly enjoy this character and I am confident about it,” he said.
Speaking further, Sagar rubbished rumors that Pawan’s character is being elevated and the other male lead character is being toned down. He said both the characters will play a pivotal role in the remake.
“We are changing the script to suit the sensibilities of native audience. We are really pumped up about this project,” he stated.
Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake will start rolling early next year and will be wrapped in quick time.
