The state government headed by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been working relentlessly for the welfare of farmers.
Recently, under the YSR Rythu Bharosa-PM Kisan scheme, the government has deposited Rs 1,766 crore in the bank accounts of eligible farmers.
Under the investment subsidy, the government has released the funds as part of the third tranche to farmers whose crops were damaged by the Nivaar and Burevi cyclones.
With this compensation collectively from both the state and central government, nearly 1.66 lakh farmers whose crops were affected by recent cyclones received assistance.
YSRCP Claims that in total, AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy gave Rs.1.5 lakhs to each farmer in AP in just one year of span.
