Hafeezpet’s land dispute in Kurnool district is creating a sensation in both the Telugu states. Already, the Hyderabad police arrested former minister Bhuma Akhilapriya on kidnapping charges.
Police are on high alert in around three states for Akhilapriya’s husband Bhargav Ram. However, the police have already filed a case in the court against Akhila Priya stating that if she gets bail, she might threaten the witnesses.
Akhil Priya’s sister Mounika Reddy went to Allagadda on Sunday as a matter of urgency. She held an emergency meeting with activists at Bhuma’s residence.
On the other hand, Mounika Reddy has been working hard for the bail of her elder sister Akhilapriya.
There are allegations that the Hafeez Pate land dispute increased the distance between the Bhuma family and AV Subba Reddy after the death of Bhuma Nagireddy.
However, it is questionable whether Subbareddy will go for talks as per the call of Mounika Reddy or will this create controversy between the two families.
