Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit New Delhi Today. He will leave at Gannavaram Airport at 3 pm on Tuesday. As part of his visit, the Chief Minister is expected to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah and several other Union ministers.
It is learned that CM Jagan will ask the Center to co-operate in setting up three capitals. It is also heard that he would appeal Mr Shah to take steps to move the AP High Court to Kurnool.
Apart from these, Jagan is expected to discuss the latest political situation in the state with Union ministers, including Amit Shah. The AP CM will reportedly submit a full report to the Center on the destruction of idols, especially in the AP. He was scheduled to meet the Prime Minister Modi a few days ago, but it was not possible as the latter was busy with the vaccination program.
The YSRCP chief will also be asking an immediate CBI probe into Antarvedi chariot incident. It is learned that the details of the leaders of the respective political parties involved in the conspiracy to destroy the idols will also be explained to the central authorities.
