Daughter of former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy, YS Sharmila is having a hectic schedule with meeting leaders of various districts in Telangana. She is venturing into electoral politics.
Sharmila is gearing up to hold a massive public rally in Khammam on the 9th of April. Clearing all the airs, the political meeting has also got the required permission from the police.
Ahead of the political meeting, Sharmila met the key leaders at Lotus Pond in Hyderabad, their family residence. At the meeting, Sharmila told the leaders that her party will not have any alliance with any political party.
It has been widely reported that YS Sharmila revealed the party name at the meeting. Sharmila reportedly revealed the party name as YSR Party.
‘Our party will form the government. There is no need of having an alliance with any party. We didn’t venture into politics at the behest of BJP or TRS or any other party. Just YSR name is enough for us,’ Sharmila said.
