It is well know that leading director Rajamouli and his family members were tested positive for covid-19 last year. After recovering, their family decided to donate plasma to the struggling covid patients. They were told by doctor to wait for a few weeks to see if they will develop enough antibodies for plasma donation.
Rest all could transfer, however the director couldn’t as he was found to have lesser IgG antibodies level and was ineligible to donate the plasma. He also attended an event to spread awareness among citizens about the same.Now Since the second wave of the coronavirus is causing havoc among people, this year too the director took a initiative and urged everyone about the requirement of plasma donation.
Rajamouli tweeted by sharing Cyberabad police post and wrote, “Plasma donation is the most noble thing to do. I request all those of you who recovered from #COVID19 over 3 weeks ago to rise up during this hour of need! Please go through the below details”.
