‘Jaanu’, the Telugu remake of the Tamil superhit film ‘96’ starring Sharwanand and Samantha Akkineni in the lead roles resulted as a disaster at the box office. But the song ‘The Life of Ram’ in the film ‘Jaanu’ well received by the audience. It reveals the nature of the protagonist, Ram. Recently, the song breached over a hundred million views on YouTube.
Sharwanand appears as a middle-aged man in the song. The lyrics of the song was penned by Sirivennela Sitaramashastri and Govind Vasantha gave the background scores for the film while the song was sung by Pradeep Kumar. Mahendran Jayaraj beautifully presented the song on screen. The song is well received by the audience on the digital platform.
On the work front, currently, Sharwanand is starring in the films ‘Maha Samudram’, and ‘Aadallu Meeku Joharlu’.
