Students Flying Abroad Get Relived As KTR Makes A Promise!

After the second wave, the Coronavirus third Wave is causing panic in the country. State governments have stepped up precautionary measures to oust Corona, with experts issuing warnings that a large number of cases could be registered in the Third Wave.

As per experts, children are said to be more venerable to this wave and officials are taking steps to avoid children being infected with the virus.

More than 8,000 children have been infected with the virus in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra recently. Health officials have set up a Covid ward in Sangli solely for children to treat them. Five children are currently receiving treatment in this ward.

“We have prepared this Covid ward for kids so that if the third wave comes, we are prepared. And kids will not feel they are in a hospital but will feel they are in a school or a nursery,” corporator Abhijit Bhosale said.

“In May alone 8,000 kids got positive. This is worrying,” Ahmednagar district chief Rajendra Bhosale said.

The state government across the country does not want to take any risks, with experts saying they expect a possible third wave could strike at the end of July or early August, giving officials about two months to prepare.
