Telangana IT Minister KTR toured Rajanna Sircilla today and inaugurated 264 Double Bedrooms earlier today along with Minister Prashant Reddy. A few other leaders were also presented during the inauguration program.
Others like TRS Rajya Sabha member Santosh Kumar, Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank (TSCAB) Chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao were present at the event.
Speaking to the media, the TRS working President said the Double Bedroom houses were constructed for the beneficiaries by the government. Double Bedroom houses are an example of self-respect, KTR said
The Minister had urged the beneficiaries to grow plants in the free space near the houses. By the time KCR will visit the site next year, the greenery should be grown. We can counter the oxygen issue by growing plants in the Corona times, he said.
Adding further, KTR said 4,75,000 beneficiaries will be given new ration cards. Previous Chief Ministers didn’t think of providing pensions to women and beedi workers. KCR provided a pension, double bedroom for them.
