The elections for the Movie Artist Association (MAA), which happens within Tollywood, have now grabbed the attention of people outside the film industry too.
With big names like Prakash Raj, the Manchu family and Jeevitha Rajasekhar declaring their fight for the upcoming polls, the Telugu audience is keenly observing every development ahead of the polls.
Recently, Prakash Raj took to Twitter and posted a question in Telugu to know when will the polls be held. Now, the sitting president of MAA, senior actor VK Naresh reacted to the tweet by revealing a copy from the general body meeting of MAA members that was held in June.
He replied, somewhat sarcastically, saying, “If someone just asks repeatedly when is the election? It’s like someone asking can I jump into the pool before the water is filled. Our reply would be please try sir. (sic)”
It remains to be seen how Prakash Raj responds to Naresh’s comments and when the tussle between Prakash Raj and VK Naresh ends.
