The Telangana government has earned a big amount through an e-auction of the prime lands in Kokapet area. The auction was held on Thursday and a huge revenue of Rs 2,000 crore was generated.This has caught the attention of everyone.
TPCC chief Revanth Reddy reacted to the auction and alleged a big corruption behind it. He alleged that the lands that cost a high amount were sold to a lesser amount in the auction.
Revanth Reddy even alleged that KCR relatives and people close to him took part in the auction keeping no space for others. He said lands worth Rs 60 crore per acre were sold for Rs 40 crore.
The T Congress boss even claimed that he will give the complete details about people who took part in the auction and the corruption that took place in the process.

A day before the auction, a petition was filed at the Telangana High Court to stop the e-auction. However, the Court refused to stay the order which paved the way for the auction that made wonders in terms of revenue.
Looking at the e-auction, the revenue has created new records and broke all the previous records. Rs 2,000 crore was collected in the action.
The auction was held at the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) head office in Ameerpet on Thursday. A total of 49.949 acres of land was auctioned.
While the government fixed Rs 25 crore as a basic price, the lands were sold at Rs 40.05 crore on average, while Rs 60.2 crore was the highest price that was quoted in the auction.
The Real Estate companies participating in the auction and getting the lands have sparked a lot of questions and the TPCC chief Revanth Reddy also stressed the same.
