The ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is all set to create history by becoming the first party from the southern states to have a party office in the national capital Delhi. The bhumi puja ceremony for the construction of the office was conducted today.
Telangana Chief Minister KCR performed bhumi puja on Thursday. The foundation stone was laid in the land that was allotted by the Union Government in Vasant Vihar for office purposes. A few Ministers, MLCs, and MLAs have attended the bhumi puja ceremony.
Media reports say that the office is likely to be completed by the Dussehra festival next year. Along with the national leaders, leaders from the other parties at the regional space will also be invited.
It is said that the TRS Party office building will have all the required amenities and facilities so that the party leaders won’t face any issues whenever they visit the national capital for any purpose.
CM KCR is currently on a three-day visit to Delhi. His visit started on Wednesday and will come to an end on Friday. KCR is also expected to meet a few Union Ministers during his stay in Delhi. However, there is no information on this.
