No words can describe the harm mankind does to the environment. The problematic way of dealing with waste has been raising a lot of concerns among environmentalists and activists. The facilities at various dumping yards across the country are always questionable and debatable.
As a campaign to raise awareness among the people on the threat posed by the garbage, a model from Jharkhand had picked a noble initiative to do a ramp walk on a garbage dump. Clad in a Dark Red dress, the model did a photoshoot and ramp walk on the garbage dump.
The video and picture show garbage dumps all over in the background. The model had also picked the biggest dumping yard in Jharkhand, Jhiri. The dumping yard attracts hundreds of kilos of garbage stock every day. However, the major share of the garbage is left there without disposing of it properly.
Back in 2019, the authorities said that an eco-friendly way of disposing of the garbage will be introduced at the dumping yard so that the environment would not be harmed anymore. However, it was never implemented by the authorities. To remind the authorities of their earlier, a photographer from Jharkhand had decided to go for the photoshoot.
