Actor Mohan Babu has been involved in politics for quite some time now, having been a part of the TDP, and the BJP as well, in the past, and joining the YSRCP in 2019. The actor, while not contesting on behalf of the YSRCP, campaigned for the party, and even took up dharnas against TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, calling out the politician for his failure of fee-reimbursement.
While Mohan Babu continues to be associated with the YSRCP, his latest comments on the show “Open Heart with RK”, seem to tell a different story. The politician made it clear that he isn’t happy with the way things are happening in the government, and that he’s not happy with the way the YSRCP government is implementing the fee reimbursement policy either.
Despite all of his comments, Mohan Babu was careful not to take CM YS Jagan’s name in any of his comments, maintaining that the government officials were being misled. Mohan Babu also said that he wasn’t happy that he wasn’t made the TTD’s chairperson either, but still chose not to blame Jagan. This is indicative of the fact that the actor is trying to maintain his distance from the YSRCP.
