After rejecting two bail plea petitions in the recent weeks, the Bombay High Court has finally granted bail to Aryan Khan, who was arrested earlier this month for allegedly possessing drugs.
A short while ago, Bombay High Court granted bail to Aryan Khan. Related orders were passed by the court a little while back.
The court has granted bail to Arbaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha who were also arrested in the drugs-on-cruise case. All these three individuals, including Aryan, were granted bail.
The NCB officials were firmly against Aryan’s bail plea but the court decided to grant the bail after listening to the arguments of both parties.
It is known that Aryan was arrested on the 2nd of this month after he was found possessing 6 grams of Charas and was about aboard a cruise. After over four weeks, he was finally granted bail today.
