TRS Balaraju’s Followers Unparliamentary Language On Etela!

The election result of the recently held Huzurabad by-election has shocked the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS). Despite the government giving the by-poll responsibility for troubleshooter Harish Rao, BJP candidate Etela Rajender won the election and defeated the ruling party’s candidate with a big margin of 23,855 votes. The election result also cost a big time for a TRS MLA.

Before the Huzurabad by-elections, TRS MLA Guvvala Balaraju who represents the Achampet constituency gave a statement that he would resign as MLA if Etela Rajender wins the by-election. After Etela Rajender won the elections, Balaraju has been receiving a lot of phone calls asking him when he will step down as the MLA. Phone calls of people asking the MLA about his resignation

As a development, no one asked for, a few followers of Guvvala Balaraju held a press meet to urge people to not call the MLA and ask about his resignation. Asking people to not call the MLA is ok. But the followers of the MLA have used unparliamentary language. In the 2: 40-minute long video that is being circulated widely, the MLA followers used foul language.

The followers were not happy with Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) activities calling Balaraju on his resignation not knowing their value and stature. They repeatedly used the word bas****. At the meeting, they also used unparliamentary language against Etela Rajender. They found fault with Etela calling himself Mudiraj though he did not do any work for the community. He calls himself Mudiraj and his son and daughter were married into Reddy caste, they said.

The followers of MLA Balaraju hit back at those who are targeting the MLA over the challenge he made and asked if Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC) chief Revanth Reddy resigned for losing in Kodangal. The followers of the legislator seemed not at all happy with their leader facing issues with the flood of phone calls.

Politics is a game of win and losses and the followers of the leaders using filthy and unparliamentary language is not appreciable. This is not a good practice. Politicians and leaders should maintain their dignity.
