CID officials have registered a case against ABN MD Vemuri Radha Krishna. Police have alleged that Radha Krishna tried to obstruct CID officers’ investigation at the house of retired IAS officer Lakshmi Narayana in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. A zero FIR has been registered against him.
On the 10th of this month, the ABN MD and others reached the house of Lakshmi Narayana in Hyderabad. The case was filed under Sections 353, 341, 186, 120B read with 34 of the IPC.
Lawyer GVG Naidu, ABN videographer N Ramesh and ABN reporting agent Somepalli Chakraborty were named as accused in the case.
The Zero FIR was filed in the court of six additional junior civil judges in Guntur, after which the case was transferred to the Hyderabad Jubilee Hills police station for further investigation.
