Bad news for film lovers on the first day of 2022. Rajamouli’s much-awaited biggie “RRR” has been postponed.
The film will not release on January 7th as COVID-19 cases are on the rise again.
Delhi and Tamilnadu have imposed restrictions on cinema halls.
Buzz is that more restrictions will be imposed in Maharashtra and other states. Given the current situation, the makers have decided not to release the film.
The makers of “RRR” have done aggressive promotions. The hype around the film reached the zenith. But the makers have no option but to postpone. A formal announcement will be made later today.
Starring NTR and Ram Charan, “RRR” is scheduled to hit the theaters on 7th January 2022. The film got postponed many times owing to COVID-19.
