The murder case of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy came as a big shock to one and all as he was killed in his residence. Pulivendula has been the strong fortress of the YS family and the death happening in the city had sent shocking waves across the Telugu states. The CBI came into the scene and has been probing the case.
The investigation in the case is going on at a good pace with the CBI taking up the case going by the Court orders. Viveka’s daughter Sunitha had to fight hard to see that the case is given to the CBI as she has some doubts over the Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (CID) investigating the case.
Her fight did not go in vain as the case saw a few big developments that include YS Viveka’s driver Dastagiri turning approver and revealing a few big names. Though the accused tried to challenge this, the court had canceled their petitions.
Late YS Viveka’s Daughter Sunitha had surprised everyone by naming Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy as one of the suspects. It has been widely reported that Sunitha expressed her doubt on Avinash while recording her statement before the CBI officials reportedly.
With Sunitha naming Avinash and a few of the witnesses questioned by the CBI reportedly naming Avinash Reddy, the investigation agency is said to be trying to question Avinash Reddy and his father as well in connection with the much-talked-about case.
While the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) is not leaving any stone unturned to serve notices to the MP, Avinash Reddy is not ready to take the notices reportedly.
With no option left, the CBI is in plans to get the big fish in the case through the court. If the reports are to be believed, the CBI might approach the Kadapa court and then serve notices to Avinash Reddy.
As one more twist, the CBI officials are reportedly focusing on providing additional security for Dastagiri, former driver of YS Viveka, and watchman Ranganna. To make sure that they are safe, the CBI kept itself busy in proving the security for the duo. Let us wait and see, how many more twists will come in the case.
