Without a doubt, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Unstoppable’ is the most-viewed talk show in recent times. This popular show which streams in ‘Aha’ owns a huge fanbase and the way Balayya handles the guests has won the hearts of many. The senior hero’s fun side is on full display in this show as he is restricted to a macho hero image most of the time. A lot of big names starting from Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Prabhas, Allu Arjun and Chandrababu Naidu to youngsters like Vishwak Sen, Siddhu Jonnalagadda have arrived on this show.
With the talk show becoming a huge success, senior producer Allu Aravind who heads ‘Aha’ is reportedly planned to make a web series with the ‘Veera Narasimha Reddy’ hero. While this is just a rumour as of now, insiders say that there is a huge possibility as ‘Aha’ team and Balayya developed a great rapport in the past couple of years.
Also, we have seen big stars like Venkatesh and Rana doing a web series like ‘Rana Naidu’ which will be coming soon. Also, Samantha did ‘Family Man’ and is playing the female lead in the Indian adaptation of ‘Citadel’. Vijay Sethupathi was part of recent blockbuster series ‘Farzi’ while Tamannaah did ’11th Hour’ for ‘Aha’. Many big Bollywood heroes like Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and others entered the OTT arena.
It will be a huge sensation if Balakrishna ends up doing a web series. We need to wait and see if this happens or not. Currently, Balayya is focusing on his 108th film which is going to be directed by Anil Ravipudi. This film will be bankrolled under the Shine Screen banner and Thaman is the music composer. There are reports that Kajal Agarwal will be playing the female lead.
