Summer is here and the Tollywood film industry is buzzing with excitement as several movies gear up for their release in the month of April. Among them is the highly anticipated commercial movie “Meter” starring Kiran Abbavaram and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
The movie is expected to be a mass entertainer and the promotions have been going on in full swing, with Kiran aiming to win over the mass audience this time around. The teaser trailer and songs have already generated a Decent hype, with the movie expected to do well at the box office.
It will be released in more than 400 theaters worldwide, with 85 theaters in Nizam, 35 in Seeded, and 135 in Andhra Pradesh. The movie will also be shown in more than 250 theaters across the two Telugu states and more than 400 theaters worldwide, including in Karnataka, the rest of India, and overseas.
The film has already earned over Rs.3.50 crore in the two Telugu states and is expected to make a total of Rs.4 crores including the rest of the states and overseas. However, to be considered a box office success, the movie needs to receive share collections in the range of 4.50 crores. It remains to be seen if Kiran Abbavaram can meet this target quickly and become a successful commercial hero in the industry.
