Combinations getting repeated is not a new thing in Tollywood but a lot of heroes are trusting the directors who gave hits to them previously irrespective of their track records. We have superstar Mahesh Babu teaming up with Trivikram Srinivas after 13 years for mass entertainer ‘Guntur Kaaram’. This combination gave classics like ‘Khaleja’ and ‘Athadu’ in the past. The expectations are high on their upcoming flick.
NTR is now working under Koratala Siva’s direction. The movie is titled ‘Devara’ and it is a pan-Indian film that is being made on a grand scale. We all know the verdict of ‘Acharya’ but NTR trusted in the star director and fans are hoping that it pays off.
After coming up with a mediocre film like ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ with Mahesh Babu, director Parasuram went back to his ‘Geetha Govindham’ hero Vijay Deverakonda. The project was launched grandly and Mrunal Thakur is the heroine. People are hoping that the result will be a blockbuster once again.
Even after delivering duds like ‘Ahimsa’ and ‘Sita’, Rana Daggubati has once again trusted director Teja. As we know, they made a hit film like ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’ in the past. Movie buffs are curious to see how things turn out. In the same manner, young hero Nithiin has teamed up with his ‘Bheeshma’ director Venky Kudumula. Rashmika Mandanna is the heroine in this movie once again and there is a lot of positive buzz on it. Venky was supposed to work with Chiranjeevi and the project was announced on Twitter too but it was shelved. Nithiin decided to work with him despite the three years gap.
