There Is Going To Be A 2nd Part For ‘HHVM’: AM Ratnam

Despite exceeding four years since its opening ceremony and entering its fifth year of production, the film’s progress and release date remain unconfirmed. Initial expectations positioned it as Pawan Kalyan’s biggest project, intended for a pan-Indian audience. However, several films initiated later, like “Vakeel Saab,” “Bheemla Nayak,” and “Bro,” have already been released.

Amidst rumors of the project being shelved altogether, producer A. M. Ratnam provided a statement denying these claims. He emphasized his commitment to the film’s quality, stating that prioritizing financial gains wouldn’t dictate the production process.

Ratnam’s statement highlights his aspiration for “Hari Hara Veera Mallu” to leave a lasting impact on audiences nationwide. He believes the film will showcase Pawan Kalyan’s talent and potential on a pan-Indian scale.

Adding an intriguing layer to the project, Ratnam implicated the YSR Congress Party in allegedly spreading rumors regarding the film’s cancellation. Additionally, he surprised many by hinting at the possibility of a sequel, further extending the project’s potential timeline.

The film features Niddhi Agerwal as the leading lady, with Arjun Rampal, Nargis Fakhri, and Bobby Deol playing pivotal roles. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi with cinematography by Gnana Shekhar and music by M. M. Keeravani, the period drama is produced by Mega Surya Production on a substantial budget. Sai Madhav Burra penned the dialogues.

Given the complex production history and lack of a confirmed release date, a 2026 release seems like the earliest possible scenario.
