KTR has recently come under scrutiny by the ACB and ED in connection with the ongoing investigation into the Formula E case. While the case is still in its early stages, speculation about KTR’s possible arrest has been circulating in the media.
After completing his ED questioning today, KTR addressed the media, asserting that no incriminating evidence has been found against him. Speaking about the investigation, he revealed, “The ED kept repeating the same stream of questions. This entire investigation appears to be a mere formality without any factual basis.” KTR noted that the ACB had previously questioned him with 80 queries, followed by 40 more from the ED today, yet nothing substantial was uncovered. He expressed confidence in emerging from this situation unscathed.
The BRS working president also alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is orchestrating efforts to frame him in the case, instructing agencies to fabricate charges against him. Earlier, KTR took to social media to express his frustration, tweeting:
“If anything, the shortsightedness of CM Revanth Reddy & his thoughtless, unilateral decision to cancel the second year of the event has caused a loss to the exchequer. Even though there is no wrongdoing, driven by malice and political vendetta, the Congress government is hell-bent on dragging these well-documented events through the courts and investigating agencies. I am confident that the truth will soon be revealed for all to see, including the honorable courts.”
With the investigation ongoing, KTR remains resolute, standing by his innocence and confident that the truth will prevail.
