She played the role of Rajnikanth’s sister in ‘Annathe’ which was a big disappointment as well. Her ‘Marakkar’ in Malayalam ended up as a failure as well. Though ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ was a success on the commercial front, people were very disappointed with the movie.
Just when her career is about to take a downward slide, ‘Dasara’ with Nani came in as a huge respite for her. This raw and rustic rural drama is getting good collections and managed to bag positive reviews as well. Keerthy’s natural acting and solid performance as Vennela in the movie is being widely appreciated. She is enjoying the success of ‘Dasara’ right now and the combination of Nani and Keerthy delivered another hit after ‘Nenu Local’.
Currently, Keerthy Suresh has ‘Bholaa Shankar’ in her hands. She will be seen as Chiranjeevi’s sister in this movie. Her upcoming Tamil projects include ‘Maamannan’, ‘Siren’, ‘Raghu Thatha’ and ‘Revolver Rita’.
