Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has moved into a swanky new address in Mumbai’s Bandra West, renting four luxury apartments in the upscale Pali Hill area for a monthly rent of ₹24.5 lakh. The move comes as his long-time residence at the Virgo Housing Society undergoes redevelopment.
Aamir’s temporary new home is located in the Wilnomona building, conveniently situated just a short walk from Puja Casa, where Shah Rukh Khan is currently residing while his iconic bungalow Mannat undergoes renovation.
Official documents reveal that Aamir signed a five-year lease beginning in May 2025, with a 45-month lock-in period. He also paid a security deposit of over ₹1.46 crore, and the rent is set to increase by 5% annually.
The redeveloped Virgo Housing project is poised to be one of Mumbai’s most luxurious residential spaces, with sea-facing homes priced at over ₹1 lakh per sq. ft. Some units are projected to exceed ₹100 crore in value, further cementing Bandra West’s status as a premium celebrity hotspot.
The area is home to several Bollywood A-listers including Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Rekha. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are also expected to move into their new property in the neighborhood soon.
On the work front, Aamir was last seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, which earned ₹165 crore at the Indian box office. He’s set to portray Dadasaheb Phalke in Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming biopic, produce Lahore 1947 starring Sunny Deol, and make a cameo appearance in Rajinikanth’s Coolie, scheduled for release on August 14, 2025.
