Chandrababu Naidu Rises to 4th in India Today’s CM Approval Ratings
National media outlet India Today regularly conducts public opinion surveys on the country’s top political leaders. In their latest Mood of the Nation report, they have revealed the rankings of chief ministers with the highest approval ratings across India.
As expected, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath tops the list, riding high on his popularity, especially with the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela and its large-scale arrangements.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has secured the 4th position in the rankings, following Mamata Banerjee and M.K. Stalin, who stand at second and third places, respectively. Notably, Naidu has improved his ranking from 5th place in the previous survey conducted in August 2024. This upward movement in the rankings indicates a growing positive perception of his leadership and increasing public satisfaction with his governance.
Over the last eight months, Naidu’s approval ratings have seen a clear upward trend, reinforcing his strong political standing.
Meanwhile, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy did not make it to the list of the top 9 best-performing chief ministers in the survey.
