It was a bittersweet moment for Kalki Koechlin on Tuesday, when she was in the Capital to receive her National Award.
According to reports, the actress, who won the Special Jury Award for her performance in Margarita With A Straw, was allegedly groped outside the venue where the awards ceremony was held.
The unfortunate incident took place while she was heading to her car after the event. The security guards, who were escorting the actress, apparently left her stranded.
Soon, the mob, who had gathered outside, manhandled her. After she managed to break free, Kalki complained to the organisers.
