Thala Ajith Kumar’s next release, Valimai is registering earth-shattering pre-release business, say trade reports. The makers are set to make a sizeable profit from the H Vinoth directorial.
It is said that the pre-release business, including theatrical, digital, and satellite rights of the film is in excess of Rs 200 crores, which is one of the highest ever tallies for a Tamil film.
Valimai marks the second coming together of Ajith and H Vinoth who previous delivered a blockbuster with Nerkonda Parvai. So, the stakes are exceptionally high on the social drama.
The fact that Valimai is garnering huge attention even before the release of its first look poster shows the craze surrounding the Ajith starrer. Barring a fight sequence and a few patch up scenes, the entire shoot has been wrapped up already.
Boney Kapoor is producing Valimai and he is set to make huge profits with the film. He plans to release the film in theatres this Dasara season.
