Nagarjuna handed over the responsibility of launching his doting son Akhil to Vinayak when he has numerous other options.
He chose him over many other directors and see how Vinayak is taking care of Akhil. The film’s shoot is currently going on Spain and Vinayak is in Hyderabad attending the audio launch of Tripura.
Few songs and action episodes are being shot in Spain for this movie and Vinayak decided to take a break. Few directors don’t be on the sets for songs as the choreographers call the shots. Vinayak is one of them. Now he is leaving the fight scenes to the fight masters and staying away from the spot.
How can a director who is known for action films stay away from the shooting while action episodes are being canned?
So Vinayak will only be on the sets for the talkie part and rest of the work will be shared by choreographers and fight masters! There are directors who supervise each and every craft and don’t relax until the film is complete. Directors like Rajamouli will own the film right from the script stage to the promotional campaigns.
Vinayak used to be very passionate about his work in early days of his career. Now he has just turned out to be ‘Action, Cut’ director who leaves everything on his technicians. Sad!
