Akkineni Nagarjuna Speaks about Akhil Movie in Success Meet

The teaser of the upcoming Telugu film Sumathi Shatakam was unveiled at a grand launch event, officially kickstarting the film’s promotional campaign. Produced by Sai Sudhakar Kommalapati under the Vision Movie Makers banner, the film is written and directed by M. M. Naidu and is scheduled for a theatrical release on February 6, 2026.

The film stars Amardeep Choudary and Sayli as the lead pair, with an ensemble supporting cast that includes Tasty Teja, Mahesh Vitta, JDV Prasad, Akella Gopi Krishna, Kiran Vijay, Mirchi Kiran, Nellore Neeraja, Malakpet Shailaja, and others. Music for the film is composed by Subhash Anand, while cinematography is handled by S. Halesh and editing by Nahid Mohammed.

Speaking at the event, the chief guest congratulated the entire team and stated that the teaser strongly reflects the film’s success potential. Guest producer and actor Ashok Kolla appreciated the teaser and remarked that small-budget films are increasingly delivering big successes, expressing confidence that Sumathi Shatakam would follow the same trend.
