Celebrity endorsements are often subject to public scrutiny — and this time, Allu Arjun and Sreeleela have found themselves in the spotlight for the wrong reasons. The two stars recently featured in a promotional advertisement for a private college, which has drawn criticism from student bodies.
A student leader from Vijayawada has publicly questioned the duo’s association with the advertisement, alleging that they failed to verify the credibility of the institution before lending their star power. The student group claims that the ad misleads potential students while the institution demands exorbitant fees running into lakhs.
They further urged celebrities to refrain from endorsing educational institutions, particularly those that may be using glamorous campaigns to obscure questionable practices.
On the professional front, both actors are occupied with major projects. Allu Arjun is gearing up for his next pan-India venture directed by Atlee, with shooting expected to commence in June. Meanwhile, Sreeleela, fresh off her appearance in Nithiin’s Robinhood, will soon be seen alongside Ravi Teja in Mass Jathara. She is also rumored to be part of Allu Arjun’s upcoming film.
