Actor Allu Sirish has officially announced his engagement to his longtime girlfriend, Nayanika, sharing the heartfelt news on Instagram along with elegant moments from the ceremony. In his post, Sirish expressed his joy, writing, “I’m finally and happily engaged to the love of my life, Nayanika!”
Sirish also opened up about how their relationship began. The couple first met in 2023 at a party hosted by actor Nithiin and Shalini Kandukuri during the wedding celebrations of Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi. Their initial meeting soon developed into a close friendship, which gradually evolved into love. After two years of knowing each other, they chose to take the next step and solidify their bond through engagement.
Sharing his emotions, Sirish wrote, “When my future kids ask me how I met their mother, I will tell them — this is how our story began.” The touching caption drew warm reactions from fans, who filled the comments section with love and congratulations.
The engagement ceremony was held on October 31, 2025, in Hyderabad, in the presence of close family and friends. The event was graced by members of the Allu and Mega families, including Allu Arjun, Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan and Upasana, along with Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi.
Sirish revealed that he chose to share the news on the birth anniversary of his grandfather, Allu Ramalingaiah. He added that his late grandmother had always wished to see him married, and he feels her blessings as he begins this new chapter.
