Actress Amala Paul has taken up a new job. She will be turning into a producer. She is producing a Tamil film Cadaver and the film is based on true incidents. Interestingly, Amala is playing a significant role in the film. She essays the role of a forensic pathologist, Dr. Bhadra. She deals with a complicated case.
Cadaver means a dead human body used by medical students for research purpose. It is buzzed that the movie revolves around real-life case handled by former Kerala police surgeon Dr. B Umadathan. The film’s shoot is expected to begin soon and the team will shoot in mortuaries and hospitals.
“I had thought a lot whether to invest so much on a debutant director. But finally, I budged. Since the film’s script is so impressive, I’ve decided to co-produce the film,” said Amala. Amala said she has spent a decade as an artiste where she experimented with various commercial roles. She said she has finally got clarity on the roles that she has to do now which would elevate her as an actor.
